- Visual inspection of the entire home
- Flooding & damage checks for garage, basement, property
- Confirm all windows and doors are locked at all times
- Check for intruders, forced-entry or signs of others on the property
- Check for frozen pipes, that utilities are functioning and working properly
- Ensure kitchen sink, bathroom faucets, and toilets are working correctly
- Ensure there is no smell for gas and assure the heating system is working correctly
- Visually inspect for issues with pests
- Call and/or Email You with Anything Requiring Your Attention
- Contact and supervise any contractor services such as home cleaning and repairs
