1. Get in Touch:
We will meet to establish your needs, wants, location, and timing for buying your new home. This may be the most critical meeting of the home buying process because we will be getting to know each other and laying the building blocks for moving forward.

2. Pre-approval:
A pre-approval creates an opportunity for you to understand what you qualify for and ultimately sets you up for success in this competitive housing market.

3. Home Viewing & Selecting:
This is where the fun starts. First, I will find homes that are the best fit for your needs and wants, and we will select the perfect mountain home for you.

4 Negotiating and Contracting: Getting your new home!
After we find your home, I will prepare the contract, schedule home inspections, and work to get the contract accepted. After that, it’s closing time!
