About Tom Kozlowski
Tom started Peak State Properties with a vision to provide client-focused home selling and buying in the mountain community that he calls home.
With over 34 years of business experience, Tom is passionate about one thing: helping sellers transition effortlessly and helping people find their dream home in the mountains.
Tom has made Summit County his home for the past eight years, so he knows Summit County Real Estate like the back of his hand. He knows the unique challenges of purchasing or selling a home in this area and is well versed in the community. Tom is the past President for the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that has over 800 members. Originally from Poland, Tom immigrated as a young boy to the United States and grew up in Baltimore. He has worked for Remax, ADZ Consulting Group, Inc., and Constellation Energy (now Exelon) in addition to many other positions in business and strategy.
Tom was even a ski instructor at one point in time. He specializes in communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and putting the client first and foremost. With a strong network of real estate brokers and lenders throughout the United States, Tom will ensure all your home selling or buying needs are met and exceeded.
